1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tradeline Exchange website and services (the "Service"), operated by Legal X Global LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tradeline Exchange offers access to authorized user (AU) tradelines on credit card accounts owned and operated by Legal X Global LLC. The Service is intended to provide credit-file exposure to aged tradelines and is not a credit repair organization. We do not modify, dispute, or remove items from your credit report on your behalf.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use any payment method you submit.
4. Orders & Payment
We accept payment via Cash App and Zelle. All orders are considered final upon receipt of payment, subject to our refund policy. You are responsible for providing accurate identifying information required for tradeline reporting (full legal name, date of birth, Social Security number, and current address). We encrypt and protect this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Reporting & Results
Most authorized user tradelines report within 14–45 days, depending on the issuing bank's reporting cycle. While we strive to ensure timely reporting, we do not guarantee a specific credit score outcome. Credit scores are calculated by third parties (FICO, VantageScore, the credit bureaus) using factors outside our control.
6. Refund Policy
If a purchased tradeline fails to post to your credit report within 45 days from the next reporting date listed at checkout, you may request a full refund. Refunds are not available once a tradeline has successfully posted, regardless of the resulting score change.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including mortgage fraud, identity fraud, misrepresentation to lenders, or any activity that violates applicable federal or state law. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and report suspicious activity to authorities.
8. No Credit Repair Services
Tradeline Exchange is not a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not promise to remove accurate information from your credit report and do not provide advice that you could obtain from a credit counselor at no cost.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a particular credit score result will be achieved.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal X Global LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tradeline at issue.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legal X Global LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
